it means when you hit your rear brake your rear suspension doesnt work as well, and so on bumpy stuff your back end hops all over the place and doesnt brake as well... brake jack

that is not at all like a dev. wilson or a single pivot, the way the swingarm contacts that link by the shock means that without a scond pivot it wouldnt move at all. there has to be another link hidden by the chain guide.
